Transformative and Integrative Build Out for All (TIBA) is a not-for-profit organization that started as a community based organization in 2015-16 by young Activists who are driven by a desire to transform the community through sustainable programs which will empower and transform lives of women, children and youth.
It was later registered as a non- governmental organization under NGO ACT of Tanzania in 2018 under registration no ooNGO/0009488
