Kijiwe Cha Kahawa (Coffee hubs) is a men engage program aimed at increasing male
participation in women and girls rights agenda through dialogue, capacity building and
development of action plan at the community level. This program brings together men in
community coffee hubs to discuss their gender roles and develop action plans as males and
fathers.
TIBA is has been among the model organization in formation of hubs and transform community existing
hubs in to development and gender hubs, evidently has been through implementation of phase 1 of
SWB program with 4 dialogues and 1 session with Male and female champions that aimed at engaging
men and boys in WPVE as an agency of women and peace building agenda.
The ``Promotion of Small Scale Women Vegetable Vendors and Farmers in Urban Areas in Kinondoni and Ubungo`` project is an initiative implemented by TIBA, with support from Voice. The project aims to improve the livelihood of small-scale women vegetable farmers/vendors in urban areas by enhancing their capacity through training and mentorship.
