Transformative and Integrative Build Out for All (TIBA) is a not-for-profit organization that started as a Community based organization in 2015-16 by young activists who are driven by a desire to transform communities through sustainable programs that empower and transform lives of Young women, children and youth. It was later registered as a non- governmental organization under NGO ACT of Tanzania in 2018.TIBA envision to build socially and economically independent women, children and youth to positively contribute towards the development of Tanzania.Our programmes focus on Education Inclusion for a girl Child and a Child with disability, Gender Equality and Women Empowerment , Sexual Reproductive Health Rights for Youth. (Accountability and service delivery, Menstrual health hygiene ), TIBA works in Tanzania and is affiliated to number of national and international networks that advocate against violence against women including: Women in Law and Development Africa (WiLDAF), Mtando wa Kupinga Ukatili was Kijinsia (MKUKI) Coalition, GBV prevention Network, Tanzania Ending Child Marriage Network, Colaition for women right defenders , Girls not Brides, and Tanzania Ending Child Marriage Network (TECMN)
