In Tanzania agriculture is the backbone of our economy about 70% of manpower engage in the sector women included. TIBA is implementing  a 1 year project to improve the livelihood of women farmers/vendors in urban areas by eliminating the challenges that they face on daily basis  .TIBA will capacitate women in marketing ,linking them to financial institutions and government loans, land rights education and legal aid support, also TIBA will introduce One stop center  a digital platform that will enable them to perform well their activities in a more advanced and innovative way .TIBA will reach directly and indirectly 1050 areas of focus will be in Ubungo and Kinondoni Municipal. TIBA has identified 50 women  through a digital tool and collect their personal information, work experience , and their challenge and suggestion with the aim of understanding their situation and way forward.
