Gender Equality and Women Empowerment

TIBA is implementing this key result area through advocating, creating awareness on gender, health and development issue to men and boys at the community level through dialogue commonly known as kIjiwe cha kahawa approach, and increase women participation in prevention of violence extremism, peace and security through trainings and formulation of Mwanamke na Aman committee and hubs at the community and university.
