none-profit organization that found by young Activists who
were driven by a desire to transform community by using
media, art and innovation to empower and transform lives of
girls, women

To support Woman, Child and Youth to get an opportunity to achieve the fullest potential in all aspects of life through training, mentoring and linkage

Integrity: TIBA members and the secretariat will demonstrate and advocate for integrity in our activities, we will be open, transparent and honest.
Cooperation beyond Borders: TIBA will increase its services and linkages and widen its working relationship to reach more people at grassroots level.
