In the heart of Tanzania’s bustling markets and farmlands, women entrepreneurs are transforming their livelihoods through innovation and resilience. TIBA, a dedicated organization empowering small-scale women vegetable vendors and farmers, has been at the forefront of this change. Through initiatives like the TIBA-VICCOBA groups and the DADA Genge Hub, over 400 women have gained financial literacy, market access, and leadership skills. Building on this success, the KILIMO KI DIGITALI FORUM 2025 will bring together 500 women entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and policymakers to explore economic justice, digital transformation, and sustainable agri-business. With workshops, exhibitions, and networking sessions, this forum will not only equip women with the tools to grow their businesses but also advocate for a more inclusive and equitable agricultural sector. By fostering collaboration and amplifying women’s voices, TIBA is driving lasting change—ensuring that women entrepreneurs are not just participants in the economy but leaders shaping its future.
