This year, TIBA @tibaofficialpage is launching the ”Mwanamke Mmoja Mwamvuli Mmoja”campaign, an initiative aimed at transforming the lives of 200 small-scale women vegetable vendors and farmers in the Ubungo and Kinondoni Municipalities. These dedicated women work tirelessly to support their families but often face challenges selling their produce under harsh weather conditions without adequate shelter. 🌦️👩‍🌾

The goal is to raise 20,000,000 Tsh to provide 200 large umbrellas, giving these women essential protection from the elements and improving their ability to run successful businesses. ☂️💼 This simple yet impactful gesture will significantly enhance their livelihoods and benefit the entire community. 💪✨

Additionally, TIBA will lead market cleaning initiatives to create safer, cleaner environments for both vendors and customers. 🧹🛍️
