TIBA ,in partnership with GAI.MwanamkeNaUongozi,HopeforYoungGirls and CWHRD  through sisterswithout boarders network is leading in  implementation of the   Project MWANAMKENAAMANI that aim at increasing women participation in leadership position and  in reconciliation committee in Kilwa( Kivinje and Masoko),

The project aim to benefit women and girls directly but indirectly other community groups including Local government leaders, social-economic groups, youth groups and religious groups through trainings, Dilaogues and meetings

Furthermore, the project aim to foster implementation of UN convention 1325, sustainable development goals goal no 5 and 16, National plan of action to end violance against women and Children and the NPA on women peace and security  at the grassroot level.

TIBA and partners implement the project  with the support of USPeace  through Center for youth dialogue and Women international security
